Spa Etiquette

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please adhere to the following:

  • Turn off cellular phones, laptops and pagers prior to entering the spa.
  • At no time are pets allowed in the spa unless they are a certified medical service animal with proof of documentation.
  • While we understand that you may have childcare issue(s), it is not appropriate to bring your child under the age of 12 to your appointment as they may be distracting to other clients receiving treatments. They may not be left unattended under ANY circumstance for liability issues. You will need to reschedule your appointment should your child(ren) under the age of 12 come with you to the spa.

Your provider may terminate the service, without refund, if inappropriate language or actions occur.


Scheduling Your Appointment

Our online booking service is available 24 hours a day and our front desk staff are available to assist with scheduling during our regular business hours (Tuesday through Friday and every other Saturday).

We recommend scheduling appointments two to three weeks in advance to reserve a time that works best for you. Weekends, evenings and holidays fill up quickly and we do our best to accommodate last minute requests based on availability.


Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No Shows

We understand unanticipated events occasionally happen. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and staff, we ask that you please honor the following policies:


Out of respect and consideration for your provider and our other customers, we ask that you please plan accordingly and arrive prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid impacts to clients with appointments following yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we may need to reschedule your appointment to allow for enough time to safely complete your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, late arrivals are responsible for the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.


We reserve time and space especially for you and ask for 48 hours notice of cancellations to allow for others to be offered your appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment if we are unable to charge the card on file.


“No Shows” include those who forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment for any reason. No shows will be charged the full amount of the service(s) scheduled. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment if we are unable to charge the card on file.

VIP Members who miss their appointments forfeit the service(s) booked for the current month.



Payment for all medical spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For specially packaged or grouped treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be used toward your treatment or other purchase. The deposit is forfeited for no shows and those who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash or Check: Personal check from a local bank with valid ID, cashier’s check, or cash. Returned checks will result in a $50 processing charge.
  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Refunds for any type of credit card transaction are subject to a 10% processing fee.



There can be no refunds for services already provided. In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the unused treatments may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by our Spa.

There are no refunds for unused services after 30 days. Credit may be extended for other services to you or another individual.

Returns/Refunds are not accepted for prescription products/treatments.  For all other products, returns or exchanges are valid within 5 days of purchase ONLY. Please keep in mind that credit card transactions for returns are subject to a 10% processing fee.


Revised Treatments or Complications

Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments and/or treatment for problems or complications may be required. These could result in additional charges for which you may be responsible.
